This is the application version of the Logicor LCHIC software.
LCHIC is short for the Logicor Clear Heating Information Centre and its where the technical support team access information away from the office.
It’s an application available to selected users only and is used for technical support purposes only.
It allows the staff to examine the performance of any Logicor product in the field from anywhere in the world and is a powerful tool when used by trained Logicor staff.
It should help our customers who need quick answers to questions or who may require remote assistance.
